Our Ama Dablam expedition enters its most challenging phase today, as we embark on a 12-day summit of the peak. Given the technical nature of the climb, it is crucial that you are fully prepared for the ascent to an altitude of 6812 meters, which will require proper acclimatization at each high camp.
We will be following standard guidelines and well-established trails, and your professional guides will assist you in safely ascending to Camp I, where you will spend a day acclimatizing to the high altitude.
With expert guidance, you will be able to traverse the less technical Camp II and Camp III before reaching the summit of Ama Dablam. After exploring the peak for a few hours, we will descend back to the camp below and gradually make our way back to the base camp over the next 20 days.
Throughout the expedition, we will spend the nights in tented camps, where our company will provide the necessary kitchen tools and staff to prepare nutritious food to keep you fueled for the climb. Remember, this is a challenging climb, so make sure you are well prepared both physically and mentally to take on the summit of Ama Dablam.
