Your fourth day of the journey starts with a savory breakfast. Then, you would embark on a 3-and-a-half-hour drive to the village of Goleshwor in a jeep that would pick you up at the hotel. Upon reaching Goleshwar past all the scenic views along the Kali Gandaki river, we take a 1-hour break for lunch. After lunch, we start on our hike up a steep trail heading towards Bans Kharka. After walking through the sheer raw natural beauty that the green forest and tranquil rivers have to offer for about an hour, we reach our destination of Banskharka. We will stay the night there at a community lodge.
Right from the morning, you can feel the wonderful vibes that Banskharka has to offer you. After you have breakfast while enjoying that picturesque vista, we commence the hike for the day. Up the trail experiencing the beautiful forest and splendid views of the mountain, the trek also provides a chance to experience the cultural and traditional aspects of people living in rural villages. We also visit organic farms and Magar villages on our way to the destination. The 6-7 hour walk comes to a halt as we reach Nagi located 2320m above sea level.
Today is filled with a lot of adventures and excitement as we take on a challenging hike. Alongside the blissful Oak forest and bright red Rhododendrons, we get to enjoy glimpses of some of the snow-capped peaks like Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Fishtail, Dhaulagiri, and many more. After walking for about 7 hrs we reach the top of the hill of Mohare, which has a lot of blissful views waiting for you.
The 7th day of our hike takes us back to the elevation of 2210m as we slowly descend down to the city areas. However, this certainly doesn’t mean that there shall be any confinement on the level of fun that the journey has to offer. In fact, the views get crispier and the walk slightly easier which escalates the level of blissfulness to the maximum. After walking for about 5-6 hrs we get to our destination for the night Banthanti.
This is the last day of our hike and is bound to be one of the best instances where we squeeze in the best of all worlds. We commence our trek after breakfast and walk for about 2 hours before reaching the stop of Nayapul, from where we shall board the jeep. After driving for about two hours, we reach Pokhara. There you will have the evening to yourself for exploration.
