The trekking route can actually, may have two different routes; Chaurjhari - Chakhure - Dolpa or Chaurjhari – Chakhure – Jumla – Rara. You can choose any in you want the extension. The best time to trek the Chakure route is spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). The Chakure trek can be done in winter (December to February) as well. Although, the monsoon (June to August) is not an appropriate time.
